Welcome to Vracer. By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our application.

By creating an account, you agree to receive operational communications via email, including but not limited to account verification, service updates, and notifications pertaining to your account activity. These communications are essential for the use of Vracer and cannot be opted out of without impacting the functionality of your account.

Additionally, you may also receive promotional emails and offers related to Vracer that we believe may interest you. You will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communications through the unsubscribe link provided in every promotional email.

This app is strictly designed for racing purposes and should never be used on public roads.

Any track data submitted by users for official approval becomes the joint property of the user and Velocity Software Ltd. We may use aggregated or anonymised data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://vracer.io/privacy-policy).

The contents of this app, excluding user-submitted content, are the property of Velocity Software Ltd. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Velocity Software Ltd.

We fully adhere to GDPR regulations concerning all aspects of user data, including its collection, storage, and distribution.

We collect personal data such as email addresses and user-generated content for the purpose of providing and improving our service. This data is stored securely and will be erased upon account termination.

Users can upload images of their cars and share personal information within the app. No offensive or inappropriate images or text are permitted. We reserve the right to ban accounts and remove any such content without prior warning.

We encourage users to use their real names to facilitate profile visibility among other users. However, using pseudonyms or 'gamer tags' is also acceptable.

Velocity Software Ltd accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or any other adverse effects incurred while using our application.

The app is available on a subscription basis. Fees are payable through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled via your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings . Billing will occur on the same day of the period at the then-current subscription fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store / Play Store account. Cancellation will apply to the next billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

On non-renewal or termination of your subscription, your access to paid-service features will cease. Any free-tier features, if available, will remain accessible. User-submitted content may be anonymised or locked in accordance with our Data Policy.

Users can delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with the account will be erased.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting updated terms. Users must review and accept these changes before continuing to use the app.

These terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of New Zealand.
